We are approaching all councils and housing associations to provide our unique housing pod for homeless people on disused garage sites and some allotments of vacant land to situate our pods.
All costs are covered by Investment Brix and councils enter into a 5 + 5 year agreement to lease our pods with Investment Brix looking after the maintenance of the pod, making sure they are ready for habitation at any time.
Our solution means that councils only need to help the homeless into the pod and get settled without having to go through the time consuming exercise of building homes when our solution can be ready within a month.
Its a quick and easy solution that gives homes to the homeless so they are safe and healthy and able to protect themselves from the risk of Covid 19
